State of local immune in phegmon of the maxillofacial region and neck on the background local photodynamic therapy

Objective. To study the effect of local photodynamic therapy (PDT) on immunity in patients with maxillofacial region and neck phlegmonas. Materials methods. The included 62 phlegmon neck. Two groups were formed. Patients 1st group treated locally according to traditional second additionally underwent PDT background complex therapeutic measures. Results. Under influence preparation «Fotolon» phlegmonomas postoperative wound we observed activation phagocytosis, an increase population CD3 + T-lymphocytes, subpopulation CD4 T-helper, immunoregulatory index (IRI) a simultaneous decrease level CD8 CD25+ activated Tand B-lymphocytes carrying receptor for interleukin 2, CD95+ Fas-receptor, complement activity, circulating immune complexes (CIC), IgM, IgA levels IgG. Conclusion. Local activates phlegmons. Exposure causes more balanced system response by increasing innate pronounced immunological reactivity wound.
